walking vs biking for weight loss

The reality is that the majority of people get into shape by walking, not by biking. For most people, their goal weight is about the same, but the majority of people do walk, and that’s not because they need to burn off a ton of calories. The reality is that the majority of people get into shape by walking, not by biking.

Weight loss is a very personal thing, and that’s why so many people can’t agree on what it means, and why so many people use “walking” as a synonym for “healthy.” Personally, I don’t use the word “healthy” for weight loss, because the word “healthy” implies that you must always exercise.

I think the word healthy used to be quite synonymous with walking, but people use the word healthy to mean good for one’s health. While walking is good for health, biking is better for fitness. The reason that people use the word walking for weight loss is because they are more likely to be doing it when they’re tired and need to conserve their energy.

The term walking to me is synonymous to fitness because walking is more likely to be done on the treadmill or bicycle. Personally, I walk around in the office all the time, because it’s much more practical.

Again, I think it’s a good idea to walk. You get all your exercise in one place, which means you get to exercise in a way that’s healthy for you. Also, walking is great for your health because you burn more calories walking than you do from running.

I used to walk 100 miles a week, but it seemed to cause more problems than it helped my health. It has caused me to develop a couple of serious health conditions, and for various reasons, I find it hard to continue. If you need to walk for your health, I would recommend you get a bike.

It is true that walking is great for your health, but it is also true that biking is much more efficient for your body and your time. I would recommend biking for weight loss or exercise (not just to burn calories, but to get fit), but you can also use a bike as a form of transportation. You can also use a bicycle to get around as well. I used to use my bike to get to work every day, but I found that a car was much more convenient.

I always thought that walking was more efficient for your body and your time. However, I also have a feeling that bike riding is more efficient for your body and your time. Walking feels good, but you spend a lot more time on your bike than you do walking. I also found that I walk a lot more than I bike. It just depends on how much you want to exercise.

I’ve thought long and hard about it, but I don’t think biking is a better option for weight loss than walking. I know that walking is a better option for exercise, but I also know that I walk a lot less. I’m not saying that I would recommend either of those for weight loss purposes, but I would guess that if you are on a diet, walking is probably a better option than biking.

Cycling is a great way to do exercise, but there are several reasons why biking isn’t a better option for weight loss. First, it’s hard to get up the hills and down the hills when you’re moving. A bike can make it easier, but it takes a lot more time to cycle. Second, cycling can add a physical component to your exercise routine that you may not be comfortable with, and it can be dangerous.
